Theramedix Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via a trusted carrier, most commonly USPS, depending on package size and destination.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days, when available.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping: on orders of $250 or more (after discounts)
Delivery & Liability
Theramedix is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking information shows “Delivered.”
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an error occurs, contact us immediately at info@theramedix.com — however, rerouting may not be possible once the package has shipped.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing any items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, clear photos of the packaging and affected items, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will promptly review your case and determine an appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, Theramedix ships within the United States only.
International shipping will be evaluated as compliance and logistics allow.
