Order Issues or Shipping Damage

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@theramedix.com.
Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your case promptly and determine if a replacement is warranted.

Order Cancellations
